Upworthy had posted a great video a few months back about human rights and the global supply chain behind many of the products we use. As consumers we can support the companies who are taking responsibility to do better with their code of conduct, be transparent about their business, and encouraging others to do the same.

Good news is that many well known companies are working towards fair labor laws. H&M, Adidas, & Patagonia were just a few well-known companies that are participating in the Fair Labor Association.

Supporting these companies shows that as consumers we are against child labor, forced labor, and the unethical treatment of all workers.
